She is an expert in handling Science journals and books, Market Research Documents, and white papers. Before joining Nova Techset, Lalitha worked with a range of publishers such as Blackwell, CUP, OUP, Allen Press, Sage, Capital City Press, Elsevier, Taylor and Francis, the Royal Society of Chemistry, and the Indian Academy of Sciences.

In her managing role, Lalitha has contributed to developing and managing diverse teams. She reveres offering training to copy editors for complex Level 3 language editing and others. With good interpersonal and conflict management skills, Lalitha has rich experience in maintaining strong customer and team relationships.
