Dr. Chitra Somasundaram has a doctoral degree in English Literature. She started her career as an Assistant Professor of English and has about 10 years of experience teaching English Language and Literature at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. She has around 15 years of experience in the e-publishing industry in various management roles spanning quality assurance, editorial management and operations, and account management. Client management is her forte. She has been proactive in imparting communication and soft-skills training to employees and leadership coaching for managers. Her expertise involves client-focused service, an eye for detail, and good team management & interpersonal skills. Chitra also has vast experience in content management and setting up client content management workflows. She has conducted workshops on content writing, copyediting, and communication skills in various colleges in and around Chennai.
