We offer fully automated (server based) and semi-automated pre-editing services. Our robust pre-editing tools make the life of copyeditors easy by cleaning the file and structuring/tagging all the standard elements, including, but not limited to, linking of citations, references, equations, figures and tables. XML and DTD are imposed on the files after the selection of the standard elements. All types of validations are also performed by our tools. This allows editors to perform the editing, review and composition processes more quickly and efficiently.

As part of our pre-editing services, we thoroughly revise your manuscripts and eliminate unwanted spaces and breaks by applying appropriate tags. We set the references based on in-house publisher style, with respect to punctuation and placement of a variety of elements such as author or editor group, title, journal names, volume and issues, page range, conference information, publisher details, and more.
